Sparks Park Project Sparks Park Sparks Park was gifted to the people of Carterton and is managed by the Sparks Park Trust, whose members have been working with the community to establish and develop the facility for Carterton's enjoyment. Progress: At present (Oct. 2003) the park has had a good show of the 6000 or so daffodil bulbs planted earlier in the year. Many new trees, shrubs and native plants have been put in around the large water feature, and a network of paths and bridges is being constructed for use in the near future. Artist's impression
